Terms and Conditions |
|
1. The Dam must be at
least 1-2 years old and have had 2-3 heat cycles. We will not breed
a female older than 6-7 years of age. |
|
2. She must be an AKC
fully registered female with a sound pedigree. |
|
3. She must be free from
any genetic, medical or behavioral conditions. |
|
4. She must have a
licensed vet, in writing, determine she is virus free and current in
all vaccinations. |
|
5. All papers and
pedigrees must be reviewed by us before breeding is allowed. |
|
6. Owner(s) of the Dam
must sign the "Condition of Breeding Contract".
|
|
7. Payment in full is
expected before services are rendered.
|
|
8. The female must have
a negative brucillosis test within 24 hours of breeding. |
|
9. We, the breeder,
reserve the right to cancel the breeding and keep the payment if the
purchaser uses false records or misleads us in any way regarding the
health or status of the female that is to be bred. We, the breeder,
will contact AKC if false documents are used. |
|
10. We, the breeder,
guarantee a live litter of puppies or the next breeding is at no
cost to the purchaser. We consider a live litter to be 2 or more
puppies within 24 hours of delivery. Buckeye Kennels is not
responsible for the death of an entire or partial litter of pups due
to the negligence of the purchaser or of the actions of the female
after birth. If negligence is involved on the part of the owner or
the female, the contract becomes void and Buckeye Kennels will not
provide a subsequent free breeding. |

11. We, the breeder, are
not responsible for selling the puppies from a stud service. |
|
12. The purchaser agrees
NOT to advertise the litter on any websites that Buckeye Kennels
currently advertises on. |
|
13. If the breeding
requires an artificial insemination-it is the responsibility of the
purchaser to pay for the services in full from Pondview Vet Clinic.
Buckeye Kennels is not responsible for any cost incurred during the
breeding process. |

14. If the male and
female do not tie-the contract becomes void and the stud fee is
fully refunded. |
|
|
|
I, the breeder, am not responsible for any injury or loss of your
dog during the breeding process. I, the breeder, am not
responsible for any vet bills related to the breeding or birth of
the puppies. |
|
|
|
I, the purchaser, agree to pay the breeder $
.00 for this service. In turn this guarantees a
litter of puppies or the next breeding is free. |
