We are proud to announce
that "Cole" graduated as a fully trained assistant to a very special
boy named Brady. Cole has had 2 years of intensive training to earn
this title! Thanks to the efforts of Assistance Dogs of America,
Cole was trained to assist people with a wide variety of
disabilities.
"I fostered Cole for some of his training career, so I have a
special place in my heart for him!! He is such a good dog. Brady
is the boy that received him and he is also quite amazing. Brady
has a natural talent and way with Cole. Brady did great in training
classes and Cole responded to him very quickly. They have a great
bond. He is currently using Cole to assist him up steps and curbs.
He has Cole stand stay next to him and uses Cole's shoulders to
brace on to give him support to get up the curbs." ~
